- Confirm that you have the latest version of Tuple.
- Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.
- If a restart did not help, make a copy of
~/Library/Preferences/app.tuple.app.plistand send that to us at support@tuple.app - Open up the Console app and click “Start Streaming”, then try to reproduce the issue. Highlight all of the logs in Console and send them to us at support@tuple.app
- Confirm that you have the latest version of Tuple.

Run
defaults delete app.tuple.appin the terminal, and then try to run Tuple again. - If there is still a problem, send output of Console app when you open Tuple to support@tuple.app.
- Confirm that you have the latest version of Tuple.
- Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.
- If restarting did not fix the issue, run a process sample of Tuple while the issue is happening by opening Activity Monitor, double clicking on Tuple, and clicking “Sample” in the bottom left and send that to us at support@tuple.app.
