- Quit and restart Tuple.
- Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.
- Filter Activity Monitor by “Tuple,” open the CPU tab, and send a screenshot to support@tuple.app.
- Run a process sample on the “Tuple” process by double-clicking it in Activity Monitor, press the “Sample” button in the bottom left, then send that to support@tuple.app.
