- Quit and restart Tuple.
- Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.
- Filter ActivityMonitor by “Tuple” and take a screenshot of the memory tab (you should see 3-4 entries in the list) and send it to support@tuple.app.
- Run a process sample on the “Tuple” process by double clicking it in ActivityMonitor, and then press the “Sample” button in the bottom left, then send that to support@tuple.app.
