Sending Us Feedback
There are a few ways that you can report issues and feedback to us.
Via email
We are always available via email at support@tuple.app.
In app
You can send in feedback via the client applications. Click the caret to the right of your avatar at the top of the Tuple contacts directory and select it from the dropdown:
At the end of your call, we will show a pop up form to allow you to send feedback to us. Once you select the quality level, a feedback text area will show to allow you to tell us more about the call. If you have disabled this pop up, you can re-enable it in your preferences (https://docs.tuple.app/article/34-preferences-general).
