Sending Us Feedback

There are a few ways that you can report issues and feedback to us. 

Via email

We are always available via email at support@tuple.app.

In app

You can send in feedback via the client applications. Click the caret to the right of your avatar in the Tuple menu and select it from the dropdown:


Via the call feedback form

At the end of your call, we will show a pop up form to allow you to send feedback to us. Once you select the quality level, a feedback text area will show to allow you to tell us more about the call. If you have disabled this pop up, you can re-enable it in your preferences (https://docs.tuple.app/article/34-preferences-general).
