Crashes

If Tuple is crashing during usage, please try the following:

  1. Confirm that you have latest version of Tuple.
  2. Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.
  3. If a restart did not help, make a copy of ~/Library/Preferences/app.tuple.app.plist and send that to us at support@tuple.app
  4. Open up the Console app and click "Start Streaming", then try to reproduce the issue. Highlight all of the logs in Console and send them to us at support@tuple.app
