# Using Tuple as an unpaid user

To pair with Tuple, at least one of the users in the session must be a paid user on a Team (or a trialing user).

To invite a user to be on the Tuple guest team so that you can pair with them, head to the invitations tab and select the option "Outside collaborators":

If you think you should have a paid account on a team, reach out to the Team Owner of your team and they can invite you via a team link.
