High CPU usage

If you are consistently seeing higher CPU usage numbers please:

  1. Quit and restart Tuple.
  2. Restart your computer. This can fix issues with a system macOS service that can get into a bad state unrelated to Tuple.

If you continue to see issues, please help us diagnose your issues by gathering the following items for us:

  1. Filter ActivityMonitor by "Tuple" and take a screenshot of the memory tab (you should see 3-4 entries in the list) and send it to support@tuple.app.
  2. Run a process sample on the "Tuple" process by double clicking it in ActivityMonitor, and then press the "Sample" button in the bottom left, then send that to support@tuple.app.
