Sound Check

Having audio issues? Want to make sure your setup is good before a call?

You can access Sound Check either from the main menu, or via a button when in a call:

From here, you can change your audio devices and test your speaker. When in a call, the "Speaker" waveform represents what you're receiving from your pair, and when not in a call you can play a short audio clip to test your speaker setup.

If you're having issues getting audio to work, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Make sure your audio devices are turned on and any hardware volume settings are on
  2. Open the Sound settings in System Preferences and make sure the correct devices are selected, and set Tuple to use the System Default
  3. Restart Tuple
